After cooling, strain the broth and divide into two parts. Heat one part, and cool the other in the refrigerator.

To do this, an hour before bedtime, you need to generously lubricate the skin in the double chin area with a nourishing cream and tie the chin with gauze for 30 minutes. Now directly about herbal compresses. Please note, first a hot compress is applied for 10 minutes, then a cold compress for 5 minutes. Another effective method is compresses with lemon juice. They need to be applied every other day within a month.   3. We keep our head straight, we stretch our tongue, trying to touch the chin with it. You need to repeat such movements as often as possible.
  4. In a sitting position, throw your head back as much as possible. Now open and close your mouth wide.
  5. With the back of the hand, we perform gentle patting on the second chin for three to four minutes.
